Alrightly! Everyone! I’m sorry I haven’t posted…again. I keep..argh god I don’t even have excuses.  I’m so busy with cosplay for AnimeLA09 right now, I just don’t have the time.  So, I’ll probably make a HUUUUUGE post after ALA with pics(hopefully), updates and a review of the con.

Uh so let’s see…I’m really sick right now. Isn’t that sucky? Right before a con too. But yeah, I almost collapsed twice, almost threw up, can’t really get up, can’t really taste anything… It sucks so much. I’m just here in my room working on my Parsee cosplay. My whole body is shaking. But I swore to finish this cosplay before ALA even if it kills me and I will finish it. -determined- Haha

Uhm, I planned some other cosplays for the near future, hopefully. Some I don’t think I’ll take to cons? Maybe, just for pictures I guess. But yeah, I planned some Persona 4 cosplay, Kuroshitsuji, Hiiro no Kakera…Stuff like that. I know Kuroshitsuji is so overdone already. It’s such a shame, I got into it before the manga even came out(yes, I’ve really been a fan that long. Mainly because I love Tobosou Yana’s style) And for the fandom to turn to shit so fast. -sigh- What can you expect, I guess. It’s filled with pretty boys and cross-dressing and it’s suggestive(shounen-ai). But, I will try to perfect my cosplay…Just cause throwing on a frilly shirt, boots and knee-highs, and a silver wig doesn’t make you Ciel. I’m looking for a Sebastian still so..yeah. :/ Preferably a guy cause I don’t know…I wouldn’t really feel comfortable with a Sebastian that’s a girl.

Oh yeah, Christmas. Well, mine was pretty boring. Haha, I went to my aunt’s house and we opened our presents on Christmas Eve. I got…money, a gift card, lots of purple things, and a new ipod nano…That’s purple. Lol, I guess you can tell what my favorite color is. Then on Christmas Day, I went to my dad’s house and we had a nice quiet dinner. :0

Not all the pages are updated yet but you guys should check it out if you’re curious. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting alot from this movie. But after seeing the trailer…I’m shocked none the less. I can’t wait for it to come out!

Umm besides all of that…Oh that’s right. My cosplays for ALA. IF IF IF IF I get my wigs in time, which I hope I do, I’ll also be Komeiji Satori from Touhou and Madotsuki from Yume Nikki. Yes, that’s right. Yume Nikki. If anybody knows what that is. >.> And of course my Parsee. Which is taking alot of time.

Alright well, I’ll stop wasting your guys’ time with my ranting and…whatnot. I’m so boring. XD

The Look, of Love, is in Your Eyes

I just had the displeasure of watching an Asian girl on Youtube glue her eyelids to make her eyes look bigger.

:U gross...

I almost barfed.

There’s something about eyes that bother me. I can’t watch people put in eyedrops, contact lenses, or makeup, because if I do my eyes water to the point of where I look like I’m crying. I also can’t make eye contact while having conversations. After a while I feel as though I have to look at the ground, or stare at the spot directly behind the person’s head as they talk. 

I do that to Mrs. Z when she makes eye contact with me. She’s got these huge bug eyes that can see your soul in a really creepy, off putting way. 

I can’t even look at eyes in a picture. There was this one time when Grapes told me that Mika had hazel eyes, so I went and looked up a picture and could only stare at it for like 10 seconds before I felt awkward and hit the back arrow on my computer.

I think that’s why I fear small children, they like to stare. So do Asian people. In my English class, for example, sometimes I will watch a random Chinese guy/girl just stare at something else. It’s not always a member of the opposite sex either. They stare at the teacher, the window, the person sitting next to them, and occasionally, themselves in a mirror. Staring at the clock or something in the classroom is normal, but for 40 minutes? I don’t think so.

Another problem with staring is when other people stare at you, but you’re not sure why. Or if they’re only staring at you because you’re staring at them. It happens in class all the time. You’ll look up from your desk and someone will catch your eye, it can be anyone, not necessarily someone you’re interested in. So you think “Ok, a person” and look down, but when you look back up the person you were staring at will be staring at you!

(Because, of course, in Soviet Russia, guy stares at YOU!)

Then you have to wonder: Is the person staring at you because you have something on your face, are they staring out of pure interest, or are they staring at you because you were staring at them? And the only way to find out is to stare at them more to observe what they are doing- which is most likely staring back at you- and this will continue for the rest of the period. Then when you leave English or Spanish, or whatever class you were in you have 2 options: You can be really freaked out and tell your best friend…

…or you can completely forget about it, and go to class the next day. But then when you are in class, the same person will catch your eye more effectively this time, thus continuing the cycle of creepy staring.

Then again, there have been a few occasions where I stare at people for the sole purpose of creeping them out, like Grapes, Andrea, or Christine, but they know I’m joking.

Now some people, I just can’t tell…

I can’t stop watching “Total Drama Island”, a Canadian cartoon parody of reality/survivor shows. It’s so badly entertaining. Same thing with “6teen”, a show by the same people, and enjoyed when I was younger. They recently brought it to cartoon network (it aired on nick like 4 years ago and didn’t do too well) along with Total Drama Island, and has been getting stellar ratings. Huzzah.

Hello! Nosukii here. I’m really really really sorry I haven’t been updating. ;_; ALOT of things came up and blogging was unfortunately the last thing on my mind. But, I’ve made some time right now so….Let’s get started! Also, this is going to be an EXTREMELY long post because it contains a  Tenimyu review. So if you’d prefer not to read it then skip down to the tl;dr version, ok?

- Katou Ryousuke will be in the stage play [K]. Which also has Ookawa Genki, TAKUYA, and Hayashi Shuji.

- At the beginning of 2009, a new play entitled “Ayakashi Kitan” will begin! This is a production by Daiki of *pnish* if I’m not mistaken. Katou Ryousuke will be in this. As for the rest of the cast…I have no idea(yet lol).

- Shiozaki Airu will be in a stage play called “Harutoo(?) Karazu”. I’m not too sure on the title, sorry.

- Ookawa Genki will be in a program called [Panic 4 Rooms] I’m not too sure on what this is about but from what the picture on the OHP is…Genki has the lead. Link here: http://www.p4r.jp/

- Beat Rock ★Love! Here’s a new awesome picture of Araki:

Holyshit! Everytime I see Araki all dolled up like a jrocker, I can’t help but fangirl a little! He pulls it off so well!

- There will be a CD release in Feb.2009 of Beat Rock ★Love’s leading guys’ band [LOVE DIVING]. The DVD for this movie is also rumored to be released in March of 2009. (Fuck I must have them both XD)

Subject change! Okaay! Well, I was planning on posting a review on ‘Musical Tennis no Oujisama: The Imperial Presence Hyoutei Gakuen feat. Higachuu‘ way back when, but I posted about ‘<<a>>symmetry’ instead and it got crazy long. So here’s my kind-of wonky review on Hyouteimyu. XD

CAST WISE:::

Well… 4th cast is 4th cast. Hyoutei Cast A though. Mm, I wasn’t expecting anything great. I mean, Hyoutei’s first cast(original forevvverrr) was the best yet. But, I was pretty surprised. Half the cast was still the same(Jirou, Gakuto, Kabaji, Hiyoshi and Shishido). The new guys, Kubota Yuki(Atobe), Shintarou Akiyama(Oshitari), and Seto Yuusuke(Choutarou) were all pretty..good.

Kubota Yuki…Baby, you need to eat a sammich. Face on, he looks fine. But from the side his cheeks are so…I don’t know what to call it. Like he needs to puff out his cheeks or something. BUT, looks aside, his singing is pretty good. Not as awesome as Kazuki’s but it’s good. I LOVE LOVE LOVE his song “Koori no Sekai”. It’s just…so good. Shintarou…Hm, where should I start. His movements…are a bit stiff. You can tell during his song “Poker Face Fighter/Active Volcano”. :/ Hi singing is good too, though his voice doesn’t really fit Oshitari’s deep Kansai accented voice. Lol Yuusuke…Mm…Kouji will always be the best. Yuusuke doesn’t really have…the innocent look? But his singing is good. He just doesn’t really fit Chouta’s part.

MUSIC WISE:::

I absolutely loved Fuji’s song “Heavy Rain”. Yuuta sings it well. Extremely well. Unfortunately, as much as I love Aibacchi…He doesn’t. -cough- I heard his version of “Heavy Rain” and..Well, I wasn’t very pleased with it. And also, in this song Atobe sings parts of it. In B Cast version…Jesus fuck, what the hell? B-Cast Atobe = what. His voice. djhksdghksl I cannot stand it at ALL. Not only does he not have the looks…His voice is just…off. D: I’m sorry, but that’s what I think. “Koori no Sekai”, “Ore wa Moeru”, and “Tie Break” = LOVE. I liked those 3 songs and how they all came after each other. I thought Shougo(Ryoma) was a bit stiff in the beginning when 4th cast Seigaku first debuted but he’s really improved since then. ;D “Sekkachi” <333 Love love love this song! SO MUCH. Especially since Ryuunosuke is in it. lol Best Hiyoshi ever. I like how upbeat the song is. Makes you wanna dance..or something.

As for the rest of the songs, they’re all really good too! All new songs apart from F.G.K.S.

Subject change! …Again. Haha, well recently I saw capsule perform ‘Jumper’ on TV…and I really liked it. So I went and found the entire album entitled ‘MORE!MORE!MORE!’. Needless to say..It was really good. My favorites from the CD are “More More More”, “Jumper”, “The Mutations of Life”, “Adventure”, and “e.d.i.t.”. ;D I suggest giving them a try. Good electro/picopop stuff. Here’s the PV for Jumper, just in case one of you readers wanna give them a try:
