And now the end is near, and so I face the final curtain

Well, today I went to the orthodontist to get my rubber bands changed and my braces cleaned. On June 2nd, 2006, I was bestowed with one of the worst gifts ever: Braces, They hurt, they cut my lip, they shine in pictures, and my old english teacher, Mr. West, had an excuse to make fun of me. It sucked. You know you’re a loser when your english teacher makes fun of you. If your PE teahcer does it, or your history, it’s okay, but NOT YOUR ENGLISH TEACHER. Meanie. who picks on 13 year-old 7th graders, anyway? Well, back on track. As much pain, embarassment, and bad photos they have caused me, i get them off in eary august. 6-8 weeks friom now. Wow. In 2006, my dentist said my teeth were so crooked (believe me they were. I looked like the love child of a horse and Condeleeza Rice!) it would take three years, but it has only been two. YHEY. I am in the final stage of my braces, the end is near! Frank Sinatra would be proud.

These braces have not only straightened my teeth, they have also fixed my crazy overbite; i can laugh without covering my mouth (as to protect the world from my magibon teeth); and they have stopped my nail biting habits (my nails are uber long and pretty now (I can see myself in my pinky one. Seriously!). I started thinking maybe i will miss them, but then i thought “Yeah right. It’s about time these biotches went away!!!”

Also today I cired my heart out watching the Corpse Bride. I have seen sadder movies than that, but the Corpse Bride in particular breaks my heart and puts it down the garbage disposal. Something about seeing Victor and Victoria together make me happy, but sad…I don’t know why. I have become such a softie since 7th grade. I was so badazz back then…yeah right. I also thought (while watching the corpse bride) that if my goldigger husband to be killed me, took my money, and buried me under a tree, i wouldn’t be as happy as Emily was. I would be one crazy bitch, rasing hell everywhere i went, wanting revenge, not dancing and singing and waiting my true love Victor Van Dort to find me and turn me into butterflies. Although I do love Victor Van Dort. He’s a sweetie pie, even if he is skinny He also my favorite Burton male, next to Edward, of course.

I feel my heart is aching, though it doesn’t beat it’s breaking

Oh my god. I just had a burtongasm. Dictionary defines this as: What a Tim Burton fangirl gets when she finds new information relating to him, Johhny Depp, or any of his works including but not limited to : Nightmare before christmas, Edward scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow, or Pee-Wee’s big adventure. Often results in hyperventilating, orgasms, and the occasional fangirl squeal.

ANYWHO, I just figured out yesterday that Tim Burton is starting a new 3-D animation project…ALICE IN WONDERLAND!!!! With Johnny Depp!!! *insert mina’s burtongasm here* OH MY GOD. I am officially the happiest person on the planet, besides Tom Cruise. Alice in Wonderland is one of my favorite movies, and I absolutely love the book Thru the Looking Glass, so of course I would be happy ! And then to add to that, Tim Burton, who owns one of the most beautifully twisted minds, (sorry, not you Marilyn Manson) so BOOM. Perfect movie in the making. But I do wonder, will Burton’s take on the movie be a dark one, like Corpse Bride; a happy, whimsical one like CatCF, or maybe a mix, like Edward Scissorhands? I would personally like the darker one, because the original book was darker, but anything Burton does with it is sure to be a masterpiece…:)

MORE BURTON news!! On august 26, 2008, a special edition of Nightmare before Christmas is due!! I have no idea why in August and not on Halloween, but I’m not complaining! It will be released on DVD, BluRay and a special edition of the special edition that costs 169.00, but it comes with a hand-painted bust of Jack Skellington. I should start saving up my money…ugh…I’m so poor…

So. These next few years are going to be a real treat for all Burtonites. And Grapes, who is in love with Johnny Depp, and is currently in Taiwan and cannot see this…HA. I GOT THE LAST LAUGH.
